Le groupe Lefort est une société familiale, présente depuis plus de 70 ans et spécialisée dans la conception et la fabrication de presses, cisailles et broyeurs destinés à l’industrie du recyclage des métaux.

Toutes nos machines et vérins sont conçus et fabriqués dans nos usines belges et sont ensuite vendues en Belgique mais surtout dans le monde entier, entre autres via nos filiales et distributeurs.

  • Area Sales Manager

     The Area Sales Manager will be accountable for delivering annual business plan in the assigned territories.  The Area Sales Manager will be the point of contact between dealers and the factory for any commercial requests.

     He/she will define strategies for new product introduction and collect the voice of the customer (VOC) for new product development.

     Finally, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible to strengthen the distribution network for the assigned territories.

    Responsibilities:

    • Setup, implement, and follow up to make sure annual business plans are delivered by dealers
    • Define marketing plans for related territories
    • Be the point of contact for dealers for any commercial request
    • Provide accurate and timely information to dealers regarding product, specifications, pricing, availability, etc.
    • Maintain excellent relationship with dealers, ensure that the correct specifications for an order are delivered to the customer
    • Prepare and follow up with quotations and ensure timely payments from clients
    • Evaluate and develop market opportunities
    • Assess existing distribution network, address gaps/weaknesses and motivate members to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Develop plans to ensure continued revenue growth in assigned region or territory
    • Establish and maintain accurate sales forecasts
    • Prepare statistical evaluations (Export, Sales, Comparison with competitors, Analyses, market research etc.).
    • Represent the company at fairs, seminars or other events
    • Maintain an accurate database of all customer contact details
    • Ensure CRM utilization across the distribution network
    • Visit dealers/customers on a regular basis
    • Develop launch plans for new product introductions
    • Collect Voice of Customers (VOC) for new product development




Votre profil

  • Proven work experience in a similar function


  • Experience in industrial products is a must


  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, past experience with an ERP software


  • Familiarity with CRM practices


  • Bilingual French/English


  • Knowledge of another language is a plus
